- Title: Process and Performance Improvement Engineer
At Kahiki, Joe is in charge of taking cost out of our business by using engineering to make our manufacturing process faster and more efficient. He is also a production coordinator - a position in which he supervises the manufacturing process.
Joe's favorite part of his job is getting to see improvement and celebrating victories with associates that did great work. There is a large amount of teachinng involved with Joe's work at Kahiki, including educating line associates and line supervisors. "It's a passion of mine that I get great joy out of," Joe said.
When he's not at Kahiki, Joe enjoys doing work with his alma matter, The Ohio State University. He works inside and outside of the engineering classroom on professional development with students. Joe is also a huge fan of the Cleveland Indians. "I follow them as much as I can," Joe said. Day to day, Joe likes to cook and he is an avid reader.
