At Kahiki, Wing spends her days working with the Research & Development team on new product development and modifying existing Kahiki products to better serve consumer needs.
Wing said her favorite part of her job is that she gets to eat all the time. She also enjoys watching products shift from concepts to launches. “It’s really rewarding to see everything coming together,” Wing said, “like planning a vacation.”
When Wing is not working on Kahiki products, she spends her time watching Asian dramas. “It is so addicting,” she said. What she enjoys most about the shows in learning about different cultures -- the languages they speak and the foods they eat – all while in Columbus, Ohio.
Wing also enjoys ice skating with her daughter. She said it has been difficult to learn to ice skate as adult, but it has been a fun experience.
